C5 Pilot Testing:

The C5 project is soliciting high school teachers to pilot test 3 cyber lessons in existing AP CSP classes, after the AP exam. The three lessons are the CIA Triad, Personal Data Vulnerabilities, and Identity, Authentication and Authorization. A stipend ($100) will be provided for participation in a one hour introductory zoom meeting and completion of the evaluation survey after pilot testing.

The zoom session for pilot participants will be scheduled the last week of April. The Pilot Testing Period will be May 18th - June 12th.

C5 Project Background:

The Catalyzing Computing and Cybersecurity in Community Colleges (C5) National Science Foundation funded project objective is to integrate cybersecurity module content into an existing AP CSP course and provide a demonstration of how this was accomplished, laying the foundation for a College Board approved AP CSP-Cyber course. The 13 cyber lessons were developed by high school teachers working with the C5 Community College subject matter experts.

This program is made possible by the National Science Foundation under grant number 1548315
