Who should attend:
The CAE Designation Workshop is an overview of the updated CAE application process for new and re-designating institutions. All faculty and administrators from regionally accredited 2-year and 4-year institutions are welcome to attend.
What will be covered?
The CAE Designation Workshop is a two-hour overview of the updated CAE application process. This workshop will cover the updated submission timeline and the two-part application process and requirements in half the time of a regular workshop. To make sure all the required material is covered, the fast track workshop will limit the amount of time for questions and discussion.
The workshop will review the required two-part application process required for designation as a Center of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity (CAE) in Cyber Defense.
Part 1: Program of Study Validation
Training on the process and materials needed to successfully validate your program of study before pursuing the CAE designation.
Part 2: CAE Designation
The second part of the training will review the required criteria and the necessary resources, capacity and processes needed to successfully earn the CAE designation.
