Overview of Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management

In the last decade awareness has been raised about threats to the supply chain for information technology products as these threats have clear implications for national security. This awareness has led to government regulations and guidelines for the procurement and acquisition of products which is part of what is called cyber supply chain risk management (C-SCRM). C-SCRM was defined by the National Institute of Standards and Technology as “the process of identifying, assessing, and mitigating the risks associated with the distributed and interconnected nature information and operation technology products and service supply chains.” This presentation is a high-level overview of C-SCRM and instructor resources.

Guest Speaker:  Dr. J. Philip Craiger, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (AZ, FL, Worldwide), NCyTE Co-Principal Investigator (PI)
