Faculty Recruitment Bootcamp

Cybersecurity instructors are in demand and this 4-day bootcamp will give you the basic training you need to teach cybersecurity in a community college setting. You will learn from a team of instructors who have years of teaching experience. The days will be packed with information and productive – four hours of instruction plus four hours of lab work and exams.

Who should attend:

  • Students in their final year of a bachelor or master’s degree in cybersecurity

What you will learn and do:

  • Exploring career opportunities in cybersecurity education 
  • Teaching methods for a variety of cybersecurity topics
  • Developing lesson plans and syllabi
  • Leading a classroom
  • Preparing for an industry certification

    Eligible participants will receive a stipend of up to $1,500. Successful completion of the bootcamp and passing the competency assessment are required.

    Attendance is limited. Please register if you are interested in attending.
