August 1-2, 2023

In-Person at
Moraine Valley Community College

9000 W. College Parkway
Palos Hills, IL 60465

Registration Required - CLOSED JULY 19, 2023

Who Should Attend:

This event is intended for community/technical college faculty from both cyber and other fields, including Aerospace, Automotive, Marine and Geospatial Technologies, Business, Healthcare, and associated areas related to Autonomous Technologies (i.e., Automation, Manufacturing, etc.).  An example is integrating cybersecurity into manufacturing or biotech.  You do not need a cybersecurity background to attend.

Other university faculty and industry professionals are welcome to participate but may not be eligible for stipends supported by the NSF ATE Program.

About the Conference:

Attendees will receive a basic introduction to cybersecurity training and have the opportunity to participate in breakout workshops that review critical aspects of cybersecurity in the context of their discipline. Workshops will be held on topics such as manufacturing and automation, critical infrastructure, business, healthcare and life sciences, automotive and autonomous systems, and other topics that are submitted through a call for proposals. Customized training, case studies, and scenarios will be provided for each discipline.

In addition to the workshops, there will be demonstrations of resources and tools that attendees can use to improve their cybersecurity practices. This is a great opportunity to network with other faculty members from different disciplines and learn from experts in the field.

Don't miss out on this opportunity to enhance your knowledge of cybersecurity and how it applies to your specific field.
