CAE-CD and CAE-R Peer Review Session & Mentor Workshop
The CAE Candidates Program in collaboration with the Peer Reviewing Program are hosting an in-person Peer Review event at San Antonio College November 2 -3, 2023. Travel funding and workshop participation stipends are limited so if you would like to attend, please complete the following:
Please do not make travel arrangements until your travel estimate has been approved by the CAE Candidates Program. Also, Mentors & Peer Reviewer are eligible for one workshop participation stipend per year.
This event will provide Mentor and Peer Reviewer training and will provide an opportunity for peer-reviewers to complete multiple peer reviews with PoS/CAE requirement subject matter experts available on site for advising and to answer questions. Please see event agenda below.

8:00 am – 9:45 am: CAE-CD / CAE-R workshop (Victory Center)
9:45 am – 10:00 am: Break
10:00 am – 11:30 am: CAE-CD / CAE-R workshop continues
11:30 am – 12:30 pm: Lunch
12:30 pm – 2:00 pm: Mentor / PSR Workshop
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Peer Review Workshop
3:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Peer Review Assignments / Start Reviews on personal laptop
Friday November 3, 2023
8:00 am – 12:00 pm: Peer Reviews (Nail Tech Center)
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm: Lunch
1:00 pm– 2:00 pm: Peer Reviews (Nail Tech Center)
Peer-Reviewers will review POS and CAE Applications with experienced reviewers and SME's available to answer questions.
