The Virtual New Workflow Helpdesk is for Point of Contact, Alt-Point of Contact, and Data Entry personnel at institutions working on the PoS/CAE application in CAE cycle 23 and PoS Cycle 25. Please only share this invitation with personnel working on an application at your institution. CCNC Mentors are also welcome. 

• Drop-ins are welcome! The purpose of these Helpdesk sessions is to answer your questions about the NSA Tool, the Requirements Document, and the application process.
• What if you don't have questions at this time? You are welcome to attend to glean ideas and suggestions from the conversation. This can be helpful for institutions that are just starting the application.
• Can you ask specific questions about your application? We can't get into the specific details of your institution's application. For those questions, email ccnc@whatcom.edu and we will schedule a meeting to discuss your application.
